THIS INTERACTIVE PLAYGROUP IS ALL ABOUT HEALTHY EATING! WE TAKE A RECIPE AND ENCOURAGE OUR FAMILIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PREPARATION. WE THEN SIT DOWN AND  ENJOY OUR CREATION WHILE DEMONSTRATING POSITIVE COMMUNICATION AND ROLE MODELING HEALTHY EATING HABITS!

DURING THE SUMMER FAMILIES WILL  BE TAKING THE MEAL HOME FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS TO ENJOY FOR DINNER! 

In the fall we will be returning to cooking the meal for lunch and sending home the main ingredients for our families to cook and enjoy at home!

Equipment, toys, resources and a nutritious lunch are all provided by North Hastings Children's Services and in partnership with Métis Nation of Ontario
