As of October 18th Hastings Prince Edward District School Board has advised us about their return to learning plan that is posted on their public web site The HPEDSB Return to Learning Plan.  It states that “Frequent visitors, or visitors who have contact with students, are required to self-screen and provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 prior to entering the building
