This interactive hands-on program is all about healthy eating! We take a recipe and encourage our families to participate in the preparation while learning all about safe food practices and budgeting . We sit down and enjoy our creation while demonstrating positive communication and role modeling healthy eating habits!

Families will then be able to take most of the groceries home to recreate the same recipe at home for all family members to enjoy.

This program is funded by United Way of Hastings and Prince Edward!

Equipment, toys, resources and a nutritious lunch are all provided by North Hastings Children's Services
